Show us what you already own. We’ll inventory your hubs, speakers, bulbs, cams, thermostats, then recommend what stays, what’s optional, and what can be retired.
Cut the fluff, kill the fees. Where it makes sense, we replace subscription apps with local automations (Home Assistant, etc.) or self-hosted tools you control.
Get a clear plan & quote. You’ll see a simple breakdown: programming & design time (just a couple bucks worth), any parts if needed, and a security/network tidy-up if helpful.
We implement & demo. We configure scenes, voice commands, dashboards, and notifications then walk you through how to use it.
Keep it yours. You get documentation and easy ways to tweak things later without locking into yet another service.
