SOURDOUGH IS WHAT WE DO
As a micro bakery, we keep things small,
fresh, and intentional. We craft each
batch by hand, Monday to Friday. Since
we bake in limited quantities, each day
has a set order quota. Once it’s full, that
window closes, so be sure to grab your
spot while it’s still hot!

Pricing is simple: cost of goods + a small test kitchen top-up.

About the Kitchen
We bake most weekdays, but we’re a hobby kitchen, not a full-time bakery, so our schedule flexes.
We are located in the Clayton Heights area of Surrey, 72 Ave and 189 Street.
Deliveries are rare, pickups are encouraged.
Pre-orders are a must in most cases.
In a pinch, email to see what’s in the freezer; as demand grows, so will our “deep freeze.”
